‘Visited their office to ask about buying a part for my garage door. They gladly starting helping with that without any pushy asking if they could just do the repair. I then asked about then doing the service and the price for the service call was super fair and made the idea of a DIY job just plain stupid. They were able to schedule the repair for this afternoon, showed up on the early side of the time-window and were done with the repairs in moments. I will call them next time I need anything garage door related. 25 years in Austin and this is the first time I didn’t feel something fishy about a garage door repair job.
